Elvira: Pleasant house with communal pool located in a quiet area

Cozy and pleasant house, with communal pool and garden, located in a community of only six neighbors. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, between Riells beach and Cala Montgó beach. And just a few meters from a natural area, a small forest and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is divided into two floors. On the first floor there is the kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchen utensils), a bathroom with shower and the living room with access to the terrace. The second floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with a pull-out bed (two single beds) and finally, a bedroom with two single beds. So a bathroom with a shower. The house also has a private parking space located within the community.

In total, 6 people can sleep in the house: in a double bed, in a pull-out bed (two single beds) and in two single beds.







Check-in: 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or holidays, contact the agency. The place to collect the keys: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (between 200€ and 300€) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: The tourist tax (over 16 years old). Towels (11.90€ per reservation including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

well-equipped accommodation for holidays with dog

-the kitchen is well equipped the accommodation was clean -fenced property for holidays with dog -good location, Montgo and Riells beach as well as the marina and the Riells promenade are within walking distance - -only one bedside table per bedroom is not enough, there should be a bedside table at each bed -no bedside lamps available, only the bright ceiling light -no floor lamp or other dim lighting in the living room, only the bright ceiling light. -

En temps de covid... la millor opció

L'espai! Desde que entràs a l'apartament tot flueix, l'entorn on està ubicat, la distribució, la decoració, el jardí exterior privat (perfecte per veure la pluja d'estrelles de les nits d'estiu), tenir la piscina just a davant... la bona sintonia amb la gent de les altres parcel·les... La veritat, després d'un any nefast, tancats i limitats, ha sigut la millor inversió que podriem haver fet. Lluny de tot i tot aprop (al trenet del poble, just a 1 min caminant, us porta desde cala montgo i a la platja d'Empúries) A destacar: el rentaplats, el microones, la tele i, sobretot, la taula exterior on poder fer uns molts bons esmorzar amb família i amics! Afegiria una dutxa a l'exterior, per netejar l'equip de busseig i snorkel (seria molt d'agrair) I.. si pogués ser, posaria potser un parell de pins a la zona comunitària, perquè amaguin una mica més la carretera, però això ja no depèn de vosaltres

La casa te una excelent orientacio. Pots pendre el sol matí i tarda. Com hi ha pocs veins/es vam tenir la piscina per nosaltres. A més està al costat del camí de ronda que es impresionant. Lamento que la agencia comuniqui mails en anglés i que no es parli català. Es quelcom que podeu millorar aprenent català. Es molt fàcil. La resta perfecte. Gràcies.

La recomendaré

La tranquilidad. El jardín y la casa. Que cada habitación tuviera su aire acondicionado. La comodidad del parking en la comunidad. La piscina y su acceso tan cómodo. En la limpieza sería más exigente. Un recogedor con palo. Y la tubería abierta en el jardín tapada con una piedra no es lo más seguro. Sobretodo cuando vas con niños.
