Excellent
Excellent property and very clean. Perfect for a couple and even small family. I would think stairs without a handrail may be a little tricky for anyone older, but otherwise great property and space, location very safe and quiet.

Wonderful stay in a wonderful place :)
This is a marvelous property in a wonderful neighborhood in Kyoto. Clean, elegant, and comfortable, lots of air conditioning and air purifiers, and one of the most comfortable beds we've experienced in any VRBO stay. The neighborhood is great - the place is steps away from a little coffee cafe, and just down the street is a Family Mart conbi and a GREAT little Korean restaurant hole in the wall called Fork. We highly recommend this property and if we are ever lucky enough to make it back to Kyoto, we hope to stay there again.
