The house was very nice. The location to the ski hill was great for our family. There was plenty of space for all. It was nice to have the hot tub and the views were incredible. Having the garage was also a bonus.The management company (Vacasa) was terrible. Communication with them was poor, the house was not very clean, the carpet was filthy on the steps and not vacuumed elsewhere, the oven didn't work properly the entire time we were there and they didn't replace it until the very last day of our 14 day stay. We didn't have enough towels (not even one per person) and they didn't bring more towels for four days. The couch was broken, the trash drawer was broken, the garbage disposal didn't work, the internet was spotty, and we had to clean the kitchen when we got there. We repeatedly reached out to Vacasa and had very delayed help. We are working to resolve our issues with them still two weeks post stay.

Upon checking in to the condo, we were very happy. It was spacious and cozy. The location was amazing. I received a message from the company asking how things were, which I thought was nice. However, the listing was inaccurate. It was listed with another room with a queen bed in bedroom #3. I have a screenshot of this! Then the bunk room is actually the common room, and the common room info is actually a bunk room. We unfolded the sofa bed and found blood stains on the mattress protector. There were minimal towels. The driveway was an icy hazard! We reported all this and the company acted like they would fix things promptly. Someone came out the next day and sprinkled ice melt. He said he would bring out 2 more jars of it the next day and address the other issues. No one came. Both of my children fell on the ice, with my son hitting his head against the concrete. I kept being told that our safety was important. Finally someone came the next day after I complained and we were left with more ice melt. The hot tub was greenish and murky. I had reported that as well and no one ever came for that. I really wished things had been better as this was a great property and it seemed like the company was responsive, but in the end it was disappointing.

Great location, perfect for our family, but in need of some TLC

We loved that the condo backed up to the National Forest and there was a 1.5 mile trail that literally starts in the back yard. It was great having 4 bathrooms (especially with 4 teenagers). Hot Tub was nice and very clean. Cons - carpet on the stairs was disgusting in in need of a major deep clean or replacement, toaster was damaged, front door hinge is messed up so problems closing the front door, it’s stupid that the code to open the front door was 10 digits long, carpet torn and frayed at the master bedroom transition, the screen to the porch sliding door is torn, there are gross splatters on the wall by the stairs and the master bedroom window. The hardwood throughout the kitchen and living room was gross and sticky, so we had to go buy a wet Swiffer to clean them. Communication was awful - it took 14 hours for them to respond to my first message, then multiple hours for the 2nd and 3rd message I sent. Every time the response came from a different person. There was no binder with checkout instructions, so I had to message them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I hope they can get some stuff fixed before more bookings.

Spring skiing spectacular

This townhome worked perfectly for our family. The hot tub was enjoyed each evening after a fantastic day (3 days) at A-Basin. We had a bit of issue with ice on the hot tub deck, but the property manager was responsive. Hot pads and pot holders would have been helpful, but we made it work otherwise. All in all, a great stay!! Thank you.

Amazing location in need of some maintenance & updating

Unfortunately, our stay at this property was disappointing. The home is very run down and in need of care—most noticeably, the carpet was so badly stained we bought slippers just to avoid walking on it. There were no duvet covers on the beds, and the towels smelled like mildew. The hot tub wasn’t properly maintained, and when we asked for someone to check the chemical levels, no one ever showed up. We also found cigarette butts on both outdoor decks, and were told to sweep snow off the hot tub with a broom—which was broken, so I had to climb on top and use the broom handle. Overall, it felt like no one cared about our experience. Would not return.

Great place and location

This property was great. It was clean, had great amenitities, and plenty of space for our family. It was within a few minutes of the resort for easy access as well. Only downside was the ice build up on the deck with the hot tub, but I would still highly recommend this place.

Great location, bus stop at top of the street takes you to River Run and Mountain House. Was grateful for the hot tub at the end of a long ski day. Living arrangements were spacious and comfortable.

Great location; very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo with our 3 teen boys for a family ski trip. Great location- close to the slopes. Condo is very nice & great layout with 2 living areas which allows everyone room to spread out. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The only downside (mentioned by a prior guest & which we also experienced) was that there could be some upgrades to the kitchen pans & some of the pillows/linens. Also, the checkout instructions asked us to take the trash to a location in the neighborhood (but gave no specifics). So we drove all around & could not find a place to take the trash. These directions should be more clear for the guests. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay!

It was just ok.

The check in and out process was very easy. The cleanliness of the home overall was ok. There is bare minimum cups, cooking utensils, the pots and pans were in bad shape and not very clean. There was one spatula you could use on the pans and it was broken and dirty. The pillows are either thin or hard as a rock. The sheets are cheap and scratchy. The check out process said to take the trash to the dumpster and no instructions on the location. We drove around the complex and finally saw someone taking their trash to a shed that required a code to get in, which was not provided. We had to bring all of our trash home to dispose of it. The townhouse itself is nice and they layout is great if you have two families staying. We would probably not reserve again just because or the lack of attention to detail and amenities.
