Inside, you'll find bright, comfortable living spaces designed for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, modern appliances, and plenty of room to prepare meals together, while two separate living areas offer comfortable seating and beautiful lake views. A screened porch overlooking the water provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day.

The home comfortably accommodates families and groups with two spacious primary suites, each featuring a king bed and private en-suite bath. Two additional upstairs bedrooms—including a queen room and a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds—offer flexible sleeping arrangements for kids and adults alike.

Outside is where Maya's Palace truly shines. Spend your days swimming, kayaking, fishing, or relaxing on the dock, while the expansive level yard is perfect for lawn games and family fun. As evening arrives, gather around the lakeside fire pit to roast marshmallows and take in the peaceful sounds of the lake.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog. Non- aggressive breeds only. NO Rottweilers, Pit bulls or Dobermans per the owners insurance company.
