This townhome has a single floor layout including a fully functional kitchen with kitchenware, dining area, 2 bedrooms each with queen sized beds and dedicated workspaces with high-speed Wi-Fi, and a comfortable living room with a lounging sofa and Smart TV. This property received renovations from floor to ceiling in various parts of the house as well as a new HVAC and Furnace system for your comfort. Also featuring a key code smart lock for easy self-check-in anytime!

You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located townhome. This location is within walking distance to Pine Tree Country Club and only a 5-minute drive from Yamaha Motor Corp and KSU, 15 minutes to Lake Acworth Public Beach, Town Center Mall, and Marietta Square, and is only 18 minutes from The Braves stadium/Battery Atlanta with regular baseball games and concerts.
