I didn’t interact much with the staff, but I do wish I had been told about the parking arrangement with Icon beforehand—I only found out at checkout and ended up paying more for parking somewhere else. I also wasn’t informed about any of the amenities, which would’ve been helpful during my stay. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was very kind and did a great job keeping the room clean and taking out the trash. I accidentally left my laptops in the room and everything was exactly where I left it when I returned, which I really appreciated. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay, but better communication would make a big difference."

"We stayed here for a few nights to see a Broadway show. The location was very convenient. Our room was a decent size for NYC. Daily cleaning and free breakfast were a plus. The shower in my bathroom was missing a door which led to a lot of water on the floor but otherwise everything was in good condition.Use your vouchers at Carve for a breakfast sandwich or pastry. It was the best option of the three available."
