Welcome to Villa Just be Alive—our newly built 327 m² villa in Kaštel Stari, right between the UNESCO towns of Split and Trogir. We designed and furnished it ourselves, focusing on the things we often miss on vacation: really comfortable beds, a kitchen where you can actually cook, and plenty of space for 10 guests to relax without getting in each other’s way.

🏡 The space
The open-concept living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows opens directly onto the pool. Warm tones, high-quality furniture, a large Smart TV, and a huge sofa for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen features an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, quality cookware, and sharp knives. Upstairs and on the first floor, you’ll find 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a guest restroom.

From the terrace and the upper floor, you can look out over the sea, the Bay of Kaštela, and the Kozjak Mountains—and in the evening, the lights of Split and Trogir.

✔ Beach & seaside promenade approx. 1 km – within walking distance
✔ Supermarket, cafés, and restaurants within about 1 km
✔ Trogir 10 min, Split 15 min by car
✔ Split Airport 10 min (taxi/Uber approx. €15)
A car is recommended for day trips to Krka, Plitvice, Omiš, and the islands.
🏊 Pool season: the pool is heated from April through October. From November through March, the large pool is closed; the hot tub can be heated upon request (electricity charged at cost).
🏗️ Good to know: a few neighboring lots are still under construction, so there may be occasional daytime construction work nearby. If it ever bothers you, just let us know—we’ll find a solution.

All three have 5 en-suite bedrooms, a pool, and a whirlpool, and sleep up to 10. Alive and Light are right next to each other, and Happy is also in Kaštel Stari—ideal for larger groups or family celebrations when booking two villas side by side.
