Located in the prestigious Arenal Park II urbanisation, just 300 m from Arenal Beach, it offers community pools, gardens, sports courts and an ideal environment for families.

This spacious 125 m² duplex offers space, design and comfort for up to 8 people. Distributed over two floors, it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two private terraces. It has been recently renovated with excellent qualities and a current, functional and carefully designed decoration.
On the main floor there are three bedrooms: one with a 140x200 bed and two with double beds of 160x200, all with ceiling fans and wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. On this same floor there is another complete bathroom with shower and a modern open-plan kitchen with induction hob, which is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer and all necessary utensils.
In addition, on this floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a large sofa, an armchair, Smart TV with international channels and direct access to a wonderful 18 m² terrace equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs and views of the pool.
