I didn’t actually get a chance to stay at this rental. The host didn’t reach out until the day of my reservation and only then did I learn that I had to meet the host to even be let into the unit. I was asked what time I was set to arrive, which was after the 3p check in time. I was then told that my unit wouldn’t be ready and that I was switched to a different one. I gave the host close to an hour’s heads up of when I would actually arrive to the unit only for the host to not answer texts or a call for over 45 minutes. I was in town for a ticketed event and was running out of time to get settled and get there so I had to rent a hotel. I will not rent with this group ever again.
