The outside and lobby need updating. The room's furnishings and style were decent, but there was a large spider web and spider above the bed that I had to clean up (along with dust), and the bathroom had holes in the walls and a stained bathtub that needs replacing.

I enjoyed the quiet stay and the hot tub, pool, and exercise room! It would be nice to have a fan or air conditioner in the exercise room and the hot tub needs to be scrubbed, there is a dark film right above the water line. The room was nicely kept, but could use a little scrub on the wall by the fridge (there was food splatter). Room 216

This place is a dump. It's clearly a hotel where the owners have said 'don't put a penny into it, just run it into the ground'. From the dollar store plastic flowers out front, do the gross stains on the couch and carpet, to just broken stuff everywhere, clearly apathy has overrun this hotel entirely. it's really sad to see. It's a dump. No breakfast buffet because I guess they don't have any guests, so they have a simple 'order' menu, it was fine I guess. But really, just black mold lining the shower, there were TWO tissues in the tissue holder. This hotel may have been nice in the 1970s when it was built, but it is not being cared for at all properly.

Nice riverside hotel and restaurant.

Clean room, good sleep quality. Roomy, comfortable room with couch and table/chairs. Kitchenette with micro and coffee service a nice plus. Restaurant was good (very quiet this time of year) but food was good and fresh. Breakfast was included and a nice selection of dishes. Friendly service everywhere at this facility, enjoy!

We enjoyed most things about this place. It is an older hotel but fairly well kept up. We had a 3 wheeled chair in the room that hopefully will be replaced before the next guest sits on it. Otherwise no big issues. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was basic on two of the days but a buffet on Saturday. We preferred the buffet. The walk out the back was amazing and goes right along the Snake River trail. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again when in the area.

Very outdated back in the day this hotel was probably one of the best on this Blvd of hotels.Room was very dirty definitely a room they rent for pets as it was full of dog hair or cat.Sub par under cooked breakfast.

The pictures on the. Site look nothing like what the place looks like. It's very run down, dirty, in bad need of updating. The mattress was as old and hard , I barely slept. I got up at 6:30 am to shower and the handle fell off the water valve and was shooting water everywhere. I ran down to the front desk and no one was around. So I went back to the room where I got my wife up and dressed. Packed our stuff and went back to the front desk, still no one around. I went to the dining room and a lady there went and found the front desk clerk. I told him what had happened and he said okay! I said we didn't get to shower , he said okay! So I left

The room was clean and spacious. It felt as though the hotel was ready to close down. I guess too many hotels for such a small area. The breakfast did surprise me. Ordered from a menu, not like best western. Food was good. Just sad it was so desolate.
