Guests will enjoy complimentary wireless internet access throughout their stay. The accommodation includes a spacious living room for relaxation, a breakfast table accommodating four, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, drying and washing machine, and a kettle. Additionally, there are two bathrooms available, one featuring a bathtub for a relaxing bathing experience.

This is a no-smoking property. There is a $1,200 fee for smoking in the property.

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and disruptive gatherings. There is a $1,000 fee assessed for these type of gatherings.

An exterior security camera is positioned at the front corner of the property, monitoring only the street, entryway and driveway to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

No interior areas or private outdoor spaces are monitored, maintaining full privacy in compliance with Airbnb’s policies.
