Disappointing

I booked this condo in North Houston based on the location and the photos online, but unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the listing. The place looked much nicer in the pictures than it did in person. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, and there was no hair dryer provided. The condo was very close to a main road and we could hear traffic all day and night. Worse, I found cockroaches in both the kitchen and the master bathroom. The bathrooms also weren’t properly cleaned, there was hair on the floor when I arrived. Overall, this was a disappointing stay. I would not recommend this condo to others.
