The hotel staff / clerk was very courteous as we checked in. The room was ok. 2 light bulbs were burned out and the night clerk couldn't find any.The breakfast wasnt in the hotel. They did have a shuttle that took you to another hotel to get it but it wasn't really worth it.

This place was so ran down. The whole hotel smelled of mildew. The showers had hair in it, blankets had hair on it. I’m bald so I know it wasn’t mines.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel is run down. It looks and feels like a cheap motel. The wall paper is stapled and taped to the wall. The hotel smells like mold. There was bugs on the beds. I have photos and videos. It was my most horrible experience in a hotel. There is homeless in the area. It did not feel safe. We were traveling alone, my aunt and me. I don’t recommend this hotel. Or BOOKING WITH EXPEDIA. YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED BECAUSE YOU BOOKED WIRH A THIRD PARTY.

It was a motel converted to a Wyndham, no renovated rooms in a Year / it’s really a motel. Not a Wyndham. Horrible place

I just sharing my bad experience: I booked at here 2 month early. It just 10 mins after I booking, I find I enter wrong date. I immediately call Expedia customer service, Tell agent I enter wrong date, I want to change to one day early from Nov. 30 -Dec. 01 to Nov. 29-Nov 30, 2025. I even tell Expedia again I can pay some money for this change. But both Expedia and hotel nobody help me, after one week, I received a email from Expedia "tell me hotel don't agree for this change". finally I seat in Houston HOU airport overnight.
