Good transport to airport. No breakfast/guests were to be bussed to a different hotel. Out of coffee pods for the rooms. The young woman at the front desk was lovely and gave me a tea bag from her lunch. Floor in my room looked dirty.

Do not stay here. When we got to the hotel, no one mentioned to us at check-in that there was no hot water and that no one would be able to come fix it until the next day. In addition to that, the hotel was rundown, never had coffee for guests at the front, and was just in a general state of disrepair. Some of the staff were very pleasant, but others acted like we were an inconvenience. I contacted hotels.com to get a refund, but all I got was a $25 credit. I contacted the hotel management, and they basically told me to shove it since I hadn’t booked through them. Save yourself an uncomfortable experience and book another place.

The rooms are very unkempt. The wallpaper was lifting. There are weird plugs leading to weird outlets. The deposit is $100 and they don’t offer food or bar service. The water doesn’t get hot so be ready for a cold shower. I picked this hotel because it was next to the airport but I definitely regret it. I placed chairs in front of the door because I was afraid. When I woke up, housekeepers were at the door at 7am asking what time I was checking out. I said that I’d leave at 11:00am. Got downstairs and the shuttle wasn’t available. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The actual rooms are in decent shape but the building is a wreck. Old and outdated. Stuff falling off the walls. Pool out of service and it doesn’t say it on the website. Wouldn’t stay there again.

There were no issues except that the room was a little chilly. Teice I turned on the heat but it shut off automatically after a while. I didnt go a third time because it was almost time to wake up from my short sleep. The gentleman who checked me out was very courteous and pleasant. The interaction was short but it stood out.Thank you sir.
