"The rooms were ok. They had a weird musty smell in them. The towels were thin and sandpaper feeling, cheap. The location is amazing so that was great. The pool and Jacuzzi were nice as well. Overall if you are looking to be in walking distance to everything perfect spot but the hotel itself is decent."

"Like: Walkable location to a lot of attractions Niagara Falls is known for. Dining near by. Dislike: when first checked in bathtub was filthy black streaks and pink makeup. Easily washed up, but NOT MY JOB to DO. LOTS of dust on furniture. Furniture was worn/damaged. No pen,notepad, do not disturb sign typically found. A very lacking place. Wished they had Tim H’s not Starbucks."

"Our stay at The Tower Hotel was really comfortable. The room was well decorated and modern bathroom. Customer service was excellent. And what can I say about the location? One of the best ever location - right in front of the Niagara Falls. What else can you ask for? Thank you team at The Tower Hotel. Bravo!!"

"We were initially put into a room that smelled musty and the A/C did not work. Based on the condition of the room it should have been rented by the hour. We requested a move and were charged $60.00 for a room the same size, but didn’t smell. The hotel in general is not well maintained and dirty. The staff was not helpful and we heard complaints from everyone we met staying there. Sophie was especially rude and condescending. Pictures on Hotel.com did not represent the property adequately. About the only thing this hotel has going for it is its location. We will not recommend it to anyone."
