Was to much money for what it was. jacuzzi tub was broken missing an air deafener so was too loud to use. No coffee maker in room very inconvenient. Gym not opening till 9 is way to late coach was missing a lag could not sit on it. Also 50$ for self parking is out rages. Needless to say I will not be coming back

Room was very clean, amazing view, friendly and helpful check in staff. Room amenities were lacking (only a fridge, no microwave, no kettle/coffee maker). Lobby had microwave, hot water, coffee and tea all free but not as convenient as in your room. Jacuzzi tub was clean and fully functional.

Well for starters , the room was ok but both our couchs were broken and lopsided , we went up to the observation deck on the 14th floor and it was under construction , stuff all over the place and could not sit down to enjoy the veiw . The amout of money we paid for the room we should have at least had a coffee maker . The parking prices were outrageous. It cost me 120 just for parking for 2 nights . That was never mentioned while booking the hotel . Overall we were not very pleased with our stay and will not be returning . At least they could have done was told us that the observation deck was under construction . And maybe made parking a little more affordable being that one of the amenities could not be used

POOR .. Very Un-Co-operative & Un-Apologetic Customer Service. Last week booked a Room just a Day before Snow Storm hit. Got stuck and was Not able reach No matter how we try, so Called Hotel to Cancel & Provide Future Credit, 30 mins after check-in time of 4pm. Says you need to discuss with Expedia.ca as book thru them. Expedia @4:30pm says we will work on it. At 6:30pm Hotel call directly saying " Due to maintenance your Room is Not ready and We have to switch you to HILTON across The OAKES" ..REALLY ?! Mentioned we are stuck and Can't even make it and has requested for Future Credit Consideration due to weather conditions. NO courtesy, NO Consideration, Not even Any try to understand and rectify the situation at ALL. How can AnyOne rely on the Hotel overall ability when Customer service personals are Not being Human ?! Wanted to give a chance to rectify - but No response. Hope this finds helpful to OTHERS Before getting into this kind of Unexpected situations .

Was disappointed at check in to be informed of extra charges on top of intial booking. Rooms are dated but clean. Bathroom had a leak. We used the pool at night and the morning after and it was obvious niether the pool area or the sauna were cleaned. Lots of human hair everywhere. No breakfast which was disappointing considering all the fees and price. Observation floor was neat.
