The staff lied about on site parking. They should have offered other parking ideas overall the hotel was mediocre at best. I would not stay there again and don’t recommend it to others

View from the room is amazing but the service very poor when we checked in they asking to pay for a parking 50 $ per night it’s ridiculous if we already paid for the accommodation why we paying for the hotel parking? Room doesn’t include anything even a water bottle, hot water kettle, tea coffee or anything that every hotel offers. If you want a coffee or hot water you have to head to the main lobby in the ground floor. We stayed for 3 nights but house keeping was not clean the room. Normally if someone stays more then a night housekeeping must clean the room and change bed clothes. Service is very poor they just have the view.

We would like to say A Big Thank You to Subha for making our stay so pleasant from the first day. She's a valuable asset to the team at this hotel. There was no breakfast at this hotel. And i didnt had a need to use the laundry facilities.

Very nice place

Coffee bar in lobby good option as it was much better than in room type of coffee. No microwave in room but there is one in the lobby. Bedding clean and comfortable and view of falls wonderful. Sitting area a little shabby but clean. Jet tub worked well although it is treacher Getting in and out of it. Parking convenient- all hotels in immediate area charge for parking. Good price.

This review is based on a 3 night stay in a falls view premium room. The Oakes hotel overlooking the falls delivered what they promised. The view of the falls was magnificent, the room was great, clean, spacious and smelled fresh everytime you walked in from a day of sightseeing. Staff was terrific, lobby was clean plus 24 hour coffee. Much love to them for all they do! The area is accessible to everything. The incline railway is directly behind the hotel, that will take you to the main hub of the area. Buses, welcome center, information, shopping etc. Would recommend!

Tower rooms offers the best views of the horseshoe falls at a very much affordable rate. We saw fireworks from the room. So many dinning options available around the corner. We also received several vouchers for dinner at restaurants within like 2mints walk. Subha assisted us and was very nice and friendly. Loved the place, loved the area.

I had a great stay at Oakes Hotel. The view of the Falls was beautiful and the room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only small issue was that the room could’ve been a touch cleaner in some areas, but overall, it was an excellent experience and I’d definitely stay again.
