The hotel was great, very comfortable beds and pillows. Good location and excellent views of Horseshoe fall. The staff was very accommodating we were able to get a bedroom in the morning after a long trip red eye flight from west coast.

Perfect stay! Staff were extremely friendly and attentive, the hotel is in a perfect location with fantastic views of the falls, and the rooms were very well kept and comfortable! Brandan at check-in and Eliza at the restaurant were A+. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others traveling to the falls Canada and we hope to be back one day!
