Great Place to Stay On the Falls.

This was our first trip to Niagara Falls and couldn't have found a better location...right across the street from the falls, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very nice. The room was comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the cost of parking...$45/day! (CA) and this was not mentioned on the Hotels.com site that I can remember. So this was an unpleasant surprise. But overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

The original room we got was unfortunately a fail. We booked a falls view, which we got along with a balcony on the 4th floor. Unfortunately we got a lot of bugs too, and got the heck out of there. We were moved to the 6th floor which was much better.

The room was not what it looked like on th e website they gave me a room with a balcony that was runnd down and not appealing to look at then offered me a upgrade for $75.00 a night parking was very expensive didn’t realize there was a daily charge per night.
