The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff are helpful and kind. There is an Ihop located inside the hotel, however, it closes by 2 or 3pm daily. The hotel is located on a main tourist strip so it gets very expensive to eat out and all the shops overcharge in the surrounding area if they know you are a tourist. This is not the fault of the hotel. Overall I had a nice stay but be prepared to spend a lot of money. Theres a Wego bus station that stops outside the hotel and circles around the main tourist areas, which was convenient.

Excellent fallsview room experience. The only downside was there was no parking included in the stay and we had to pay extra. But everything else was excellent.

Access to extra Nespresso and cups. Very comfortable sleeping and love the block out darkening blinds. Room smell on arrival was the only concern - old carpet smell. Turned on room fan to help get rid of it - maybe we became nose blind! Bring febreeze or room freshener.
