We always stay at the Double Tree! Room was super clean. Nice front staff. Restaurant and coffee all located in hotel. Nice and convenient. 5 minute walk to casino and other restaurants.

Rooms were nice to pull the sauna and the hot tub were fantastic. I was extremely mad that when I got there there was a fee each day for parking. I will not be returning to this hotel because of that. Other than that, the staff was nice. The other people staying there were extremely nice like I said the only thing that made me mad was the parking.

Welcome was substandard…booked for sleep cheap on Thursday for Niagara charities..booked Friday through Expedia for an extra night. Staff could not connect the 2 nights at arrival…awoke early Friday for them to offer me the same room… then I asked the AI for the breakfast time at Buchannon…replied 7:30 to 11:00am! Came down at 10:40am to be told they are closed!!! I will never go back

This hotel was top 3 I’ve ever been, and it was so cleaned and comfortable place. Room was good. Especially, I love the lobby that was cozy. Staffs were nice and kind. I’m gonna come here again when I have a tour at Niagara falls.
