Staff was friendly ! We arrived early to beat the snow and they checked us in early which was wonderful! Room : Ceiling in the room had some cob webs but other than that it was nice. - walls were thin, we could hear people easily and they were talking at normal volume. - if your room faces the parking lot you will experience the lovely melody of thebman with the whistle. Hes doing his job but if you plan on sleeping during the day you need tv or music to drown him out.

The hotel in ok condition. It’s an old hotel, so you will see wall peeling off and chair. Place is across the casino Fallsview hotel. I asked for more towels and toilet paper but no one brought it to my room. Had yo go to front desk to get it. Other than that, good place to stay.

The food was excellent bar service was good the was clean i stayed there November 18 also the dsy i checked out i was denied my $250 but the attendant took $11 from it the guy came back said room smelled like smoke the room did not smell like smoke explained to the guy that there where other ppl outside are room faced the parking lot also when u go outside other ppl do smoke 🚬 they where very rude about it saying they are 100% against smoking and thst they are keeping the $250 i tried telling them we did not smoke in the room also the washroom wall can see nicotine spots also there was a guy painting the room next to me and the cleaning lady inspection of are room did not say anything about the room smelling like smoke then all of a sudden 10 mins later the guy from front desk said it did i was not happy about this so they took $11 from the $250 then kept the rest to themselves
