Elevators take forever to come to your floor. South tower and we took the stairs everytime after waiting at least 7-8 mins each time and then gave up. 14th floor.

We were put on 17th floor of the south tower at time of elevator problems resulting in wait times of 10 - 15 minutes to get down to ground floor. Very frustrated with these long waits and would have preferred lower floor had we been informed before hand of all your elevator problems.

The room was too hot, 27 degrees. Couldn't cool it down. Gave us another room and same thing. The phone didn't work to call for services. The door didn't latch on it's own, had to pull it shut every time. The food in the one restaurant was horrible and the service was very slow. The parking and shuttle service staff were great. Most of the people I dealt with at the front desk were also decent, other than 1 gentleman.

Very loud construction going on without any warning. Woken up VERY early with banging and drilling right above our room. Windows were dirty.

Check in was good .. but we had only lukewarm water in the shower for 2 days .. the room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful .. but no one came to fix the water situation in our room.

The check-in process was long, very busy lounge. The hotel was great conveniently located. The room was very good. Only negative was that the parking was very expensive.

À notre arrivée, ils nous ont envoyé nous stationner dans un stationnement dans un autre hôtel… déjà ça c’est inadmissible!! En suite dans Notre première chaude était dans la petite tour, le chauffage était bloqué à haut, il faisait 30 Celsius dans la chambre et ils refusaient de nous changer de place! Ma conjointe au 6eme appel leur a parlé de mes problème de santé, et enfin ils nous ont changé de place après presque 2h d’attente… ou ils nous ont installé dans la grande tour. Ou y avait de la place, mais il refusait de nous installer là tout de suite!!!! Vraiment Vraiment déçu du service du Hilton.

Great stay at the Hilton! We booked a falls view room to see both falls during our stay. When we arrived, the room was beyond expectations! The staff was very cordial, friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable. Check in, check out and parking were easy. The hotel offers lots of amenities. I would highly recommend the Hilton Fallsview!!
