Close to the falls stay.

The hotel is in the middle of a tourist destination. It was well managed. The parking worked well at the parking garage. The room was clean... a little dated. The 30th floor hot water took a little time to be more than warm. Great location. Walked to the falls. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Had an enjoyable stay.

The smoothness of checking in, especially when we arrived very late, we called in and no problem. The staff upon arrival were excellent. The view was fabulous. I would come back again.

Highly recommended!

Perfect hotel for family vacation! Centrally located so restaurants, shops, and the Falls are easily accessible. Excellent customer service and very clean!

The Watermark Restaurant was excellent! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great! The hotel is in the perfect location and everything was great except the elevators. They closed too quickly and the doors didn’t bounce back when they closed on someone.

I booked two rooms, but one was canceled without any notice. As a result, I had to wait for hours to get a room for my friend. The staff were rude and showed no concern for the long wait. I will never return to this place.

The app said I could use contactless check in. But i got an error and still had to checkin in person. I requested online, in chat and in person at checkin for a baby crib. It was not set up upon arrival. Their ‘king’ size bed is a queen. I have a king at home and it is noticeably different in size

Hilton Niagara Falls’ nightmare 1-Fall view rooms it is not the same to the picture that appears in the website. 2-When you decide to pay in the hotel the price that you expected to pay is totally different 3-Only I stayed 2 nights and I had 2 rooms because the south tower has issues with the hot water line. 4- Hotel tour is the triple price than Niagara park pass, and it really bad. It's run over and you don't even have time to buy a souvenir. The tour doesn't actually have a guide, just a driver, who only shares the tickets and takes you to the entrance of the attractions. The package includes four, but you only pay for two of them; the other two are free. The driver is friendly, unlike the hotel staff.
