Front desk manager morning and night shift were very helpful but the room service was very rude and terrible. I was asking for ketten first they said yes just hang up my phone. I booked for 3 person but only offered two down. I called for extra one, they told me only offer blankets, so I asked how thick is it, they didn’t willing to answer so I asked for 2. When they delivered to me I said thank you to him but he just left. I felt I wasn’t been valued and staff isn’t friendly.

The room and view were fantastic. My son enjoyed the gym with beautiful views while walking on the treadmill. We did not partake in the free breakfast. I enjoyed the walkway to the mall and casino. If we ever return, I would definitely stay here again.

Room was cold and required portable heater to slowly warm up the room. Not impressed. Shocked by cover charge in restaurant. No breakfast provided. Room clean. Parking charge offsite excessive.
