Close to all attractions and Niagara Falls. Staff are friendly. We booked the Deluxe Riverfront room with views of the falls, but the windows in our room are so dirty that we didn't have a clear view. Buffet breakfast at the hotel was terrible, not worth $17.95.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of Vittoria, being that it is in the midst of a shopping district and family entertainment area. When I arrived at the Hotel, the person at the desk was very professional and on the ball. I gave my name, it was only 3PM he said my room was ready (1 hour early). Then I mentioned I have a accessible handicapped sticker, right away, he gave me a parking sticker and told me, parking was at no cost. When I checked out, same outstanding service, the lady at the desk, said no outstanding charges and to have a great day. Wonderful service all around, highly recommend this Hotel.
