First time in Hawaii

I was really nervous about this trip because I was depending on accurate descriptions and reviews for everything, as I had no experience with traveling to Hawaii. This unit was exactly as it showed. Even the views of the beach and lagoon. It was awesome. The building that the unit was in was comfortable with eateries and a few shops. Easy walk to downtown Waikīkī. The parking was a bit expensive but 100% worth it and they were quick about getting your vehicle. We had front row seats for the Friday night Hilton fireworks from our balcony. Excellent stay and great location!

The View was awesome

I hate to be negative but I found it needed an update to clean the walls/paint. The bathroom is in need of a complete new bathroom (renovation). The kitchen area was just okay & the living space the couch was very uncomfortable as the bed & the pillows were horrible bc they were just too soft.

Almost perfect

The description of property is accurate. View is amazing, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of lines and towels. It is kept up well, as is the hotel in general. You rent this for the location and it does not disappoint. Walk to the beach is minutes. Our only complaint was that as of 10/5/24 the Hilton next door is having a strike and we did not know about it. The strikers are loud everyday and it made using the lanai impossible without getting a headache. Other than that issue would definitely stay again!

Would stay again for sure!

I looked and looked for the right spot for my daughter’s 16 th bday. It was just me and her best friend (so three of us.) It couldn’t have been a better spot and we could easily walk to beach or other areas with fun restaurant/shops. The management texted me upon arrival and asked if we needed anything. I said a couple extra pillows and another blanket would be great. Within two hours they delivered two more brand new pillows and a fuzzy blanket! Great view too!

Great location and superior condo

The condo was impeccably clean and the listing of amenities and view were exactly like the Vrbo listing. The king-size bed was very comfortable and a view of the lagoon and the Pacific Ocean was a joy to wake to each morning. The location was perfect and close to great restaurants. The Ala Moana shopping center was a short 10-minute walk from the Ilikai. I only stayed 3 nights in the condo but I wished I had booked it for longer. I highly recommended this property to a single traveller, a couple, or a small family. I will definitely stay at this condo on my next trip to Waikiki.

Location was great

We had a comfortable stay. The unit was clean with a great view of the ocean. The only problem we had was the book that gave instruction on how to operate the TV was outdated so we had to call for help. Response was fast and the issue was resolved quickly.

Ilikai Condo Mid-floor

We've stayed at the Ilikai Condos on three separate occasions, in three different units, totaling about 70 days over the past 15 months. This unit was similar to all of them. Perfect for two. The 11th floor was very convenient to get to lower levels and pools. Close to beach that isn't as crowded as Waikiki Beach and lots wider. Plus, the Hilton Lagoon is a great place to learn to paddle board. Nice kitchen wares/appliances. Big refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows. Good storage space. Huge TV and nice leather couch. Bath was okay with glass doors on shower so better than a curtain. Lanai has exceptional view with comfortable chairs and good morning sun and afternoon shade. Even had some beach chairs to use, but you might not count on them always being available. Easy walk to wherever you want to walk, if you're a walker. Staff we dealt with handled our requests quickly and efficiently. Yes, we would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great location and great stay!

The property was just as expected and very clean. The only thing I was disappointed in was there was no desk, as shown in one of the photos, which I would’ve liked as I had to work from there, so I recommend deleting that photo but other than that everything was great!
