The property advertised a safe, pool and gym. There was no safe. Gaining access to the pool was very difficult so if you want to swim don’t stay there. We constantly had to contact the property management company to have the room cleaned or to ask for things. The bed and furniture were old and need replacement.

I stayed here for three days. On the first night, the owner upgraded me to a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on the 43rd floor, offering stunning views from both rooms. For the remaining nights, I stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment on the 23rd floor. Both apartments were in excellent condition. The owner was very generous and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. After booking, they communicated promptly via WhatsApp or the booking site's messaging portal. This is the tallest building in Vietnam and a true landmark. It has everything you could possibly need: all kinds of restaurants, a skating center, a shopping mall, a movie theater, and even an observation deck. A truly exceptional stay

Bathroom and kitchen were not clean. TV was not working. Room was not ready. Expensive price. Pictures of room are so beautiful but real room is not the same We won’t book this unit again.

Staff will enter your room without notice as they have the code, they don't wait after knocking. I had to yell at them to leave, and all they said was 'sorry sorry' BE AWARE IF U ARE FEMALE OR SHOWERING they can just enter anytime. This is a homestay not a hotel, if you bring guests after 10pm, the guard will block the entry of your guests as they are not registered. The staff even took the wrong bag for me during check out it is so disorganized. could not wait to leave this place Do yourself a favor a book a hotel instead of this!

I just like the corner view room to long street and bridge. As for amenities, many were advertised but not available like parking. Either way, it wasn’t a bad deal for the price. Though I just found from my relatives that you can rent a whole house elsewhere for the same price. However, you will have to trade one thing for another like location and services provided like cleaning, etc

For the price, it’s a good deal to stay here. Compared to other places I’ve seen and been to, its quality is over the top. If they keep maintaining the prices and better communication, I would come again in the near future.

I had bad experiences at other establishments, so I decided to move here to try staying for 1 night. The picture is very similar to the actual room I received, clean, no bad smell from the toilet, so my husband and I decided to stay here for 5 more nights. Everyone should stay at this establishment if they come to Saigon for tourism.
