Disliked: Location
Vermieter schrieb uns einen Tag vor der Anreise, dass die Wohnung nicht verfügbar ist aufgrund von "Umbaumaßnahmen". Die Wohnung war aber weiterhin auf mehreren Portalen verfügbar.Da hatte wohl der Vermieter keine Lust auf Gäste.Auch hielt es der Vermieter nicht für nötig, die Buchung im System zu stornieren, damit wir unser Geld erstattet bekommen. Erst die Beschwerde bei FeWo direkt brachte Bewegung in die Sache. Der Vermieter stornierte die Buchung letztendlich mit der Begründung "Guest minimum Age".Das heißt, mit Ü50 ist man zu jung für diese FeWo.Also entweder weiß der Vermieter nicht, was er tut, oder das Wort "Gästeservice" ist ein Fremdwort für ihn. Beides ist absolut nicht entschuldbar.
