A 5-minute walk takes you to Halifax’s popular waterfront.

Fully outfitted, from a blender, to board games and bandaids (just in case). If you have any special requests, please reach out.

The hand and dish soap are from The Unscented Company (Canadian). We do use scented laundry products, but we do offer unscented laundry products for your stay on request.

A $250 pre-authorization will be placed on the credit card on file in case of damages.

Please remove your shoes when inside the apartment.

Please clean your dishes and empty the fridge before checkout.

Please do not leave lights on when leaving the unit during your stay and when checking out.

No Pets are permitted on the property. Pets will lead to a $250 fine and immediate cancellation of booking without refund.

This is a family friendly unit in a residential building. No partying or gathering more than 6 people are allowed.

Any noise complaints will result in a warning first notice and a $500 fine and eviction on the second notice.

There is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. This applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping.

We loved the stay here. Our host was very helpful in providing details about the property, area and accommodating our needs. The location is great, with many things close by and access from the parking garage to the unit was easy (elevator is close and convenient).Besides the unit having the regular items, it was equipped with some small things that make it easier to enjoy your stay including all laundry items and kitchen items that one may not think to offer.Place was clean and comfortable. Only small note is the walls are "thin", so sound does carry. But apart from that, we definitely look forward to coming back and staying again.

It was a nice place and convenient to downtown. The gym was nice for our extended stay. The stove was a bit fussy but it worked. The kitchen had a good variety of dishes and cooking utensils. The showers and living space was nice.
