Room was clean and cleaned daily. Service was great very friendly employees. Breakfast was good! Pool could use some cleaning especially around the walls and windows.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, however, the water for my bath was rusty looking and there was no stopper. We had support dogs with us and for the most part they were quiet. The only time they barked, which is what dogs do, is when there was talking or noise in the hall. The staff was rude when asking about the dogs. Our dogs were kenneled most of the time. The people in the room next to had their television BLARING all night up till about 4:30ish. It made it very difficult to sleep.

Gulf Shores 2025

this was the 4th time we stayed at Quality inn Gulf Shores. good location, clean, nice indoor pool, breakfast (waffles,eggs, sausage,cereal, juice, coffee) very good . healthy options also . kid friendly, no animals. they had redecorated since last stay (beds, flooring and decor) and great price for people on a budget.

Never again.

Older hotel, elevator was scretchy and dirty. SUPER dusty EVERYWHERE. Hallway was 80 degrees (thermometer was set to that!) And smelled weird. Room smelled terrible too. Carpet was awful, old and grimey.. bed was ok.

A nice quiet stay for the price, especially for the area. The floors in our room left our feet and socks black, but that is my only complaint. Staff was very friendly. Easy access to restaurants and shopping and close to the beach.
