There is also a kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, separate ice maker, and game area. A great 55x22 sun porch/open deck with chaise loungers, tables, and chairs finishes off this level.

The 2nd level features a Gulf front master suite with king size bed, private bath with double sinks, jacuzzi tub, and multi head shower. The great room has a 55” HDTV with sound bar, DVR, Blue-Ray DVD player, and a significant library stocked with books, music, and movies. The dining area includes a dining table for 12, seating for 6 at the bar, 2 additional tables that seat 4 each, game table for 2 and a bar table for 4. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need! 5 burner gas cooktop, double ovens, one being a convection oven, and 2 dishwashers. Large 55x12 porch with outside dining option that seats 17. There is also a propane grill.

The 3rd level features a large Gulf front/bay view bedroom with private bath and several sleeping options: Queen bed with twin bunk. 3 single Twin Beds. This room also has a 42” TV and a PS2.

ALL bedrooms are equipped with TVs and Blue-Ray DVD players. This home also provides DSL wireless for your laptop. Linens, bath towels, wash cloths , etc provided.
