Welcome to your perfect getaway! Our modern, water-front 3-bedroom home is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac 700m from the beach, offering a serene escape for families and pets alike. With waterfront views on the canal, you’ll wake up to tranquility and have easy access to outdoor fun—right next door, you’ll find a playground, leafy park and a quiet dog beach (it’s very quiet! Only the locals know)

Inside, our home comfortably sleeps 6 and is thoughtfully furnished with modern touches. We’ve made it ideal for families, with baby and dog gates to keep little ones safe as they explore. Whether you’re here to relax or enjoy nearby attractions, you’ll appreciate the quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. With a private canal beach & pool, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive!

We have two TV’s the main one in the living room has Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, Paramount and Kayo. Upstairs, we have a cosy kids play room / rumpus with free-to-air TV. Great for the kids to chill.
