"We booked 2 king bed rooms with pullout couches from Hotels.com. When we arrived they put us in small rooms with 1 queen bed. I immediately went to the desk and was informed that they didn't have those rooms. It felt like an episode from Seinfeld but it was not funny. They finally gave us 2 rooms with a king bed and told us it was the fault of the third party vendor. The pool pump broke the day we arrived which was the reason we went their for kids on vacation. It was fixed the next day but it was all very disappointing. We made the best of it but it was not what we hoped for. We ate at the restaurant one night and the bartender was the only 1 on as someone didn't show. He did everything and was super nice and apologetic but that is a management issue. If someone no shows, you come in or find other help. The staff were friendly and nice but I couldn't recommend this property to anyone."

"The breakfast was nicely stocked and fresh. Parking was ample and convenient. The room was clean, so were the gym and pool. Overall ambience was nice. "

"Excellent hotel! Everything is very clean, calming palette, amazing ocean view, delicious food, fast room service. My only suggestion is providing a standing tray for room service, we were left balancing our plates and putting things on the windowsill. We plan to return again this fall, so much to see in Glosta and surrounding areas."

"My experience was absolutely amazing! The balcony was so roomy and comfortable, the afternoon tea and cookies were delicious, being able to sit in chairs and on benches across the road iverlooking the ocean was absolutely gorgeous, the spinach and feta croissants and the ham and cheese croissants and blueberry coffee cake for breakfast were very delicious. The staff were super welcoming and very helpful."
