An absolute disaster of a vacation! When I arrived, there was no internet. I called the number provided for technical support, and it proved to be a futile endeavor. No one was able to help because the owner hadn’t payed the bill! I was told by the after hours attendant that because it was Memorial Day weekend and so many people were in town that support would be significantly delayed. I took that to mean that the Heritage Cabin rental I was occupying, along with other properties owned by Heritage and managed by Eagle Property Management, are so poorly maintained that all guests were having issues?! It was a dubious response. I didn’t get access to WIFI until the second day of my trip, which meant I couldn’t complete something for work in time. The grass hadn’t been cut, one of the toilets was backed up, and the coffee pot didn’t work! Not at any point was a partial refund offered or any attempt made to ensure I was satisfied. Horrible support and even worse customer service. Do not stay at a Heritage Cabin rental. If you know your cabin rental is managed by Eagle Property Management- find another rental!
