You will need to check-in at the front desk upon your arrival. Their office is open 7 days a week. They will register your group, issue pool bands, and provide you with a parking permit. The current rate is $25 per vehicle per 7 days. There is a max of 2 vehicles per reservation per HOA rules. This fee is paid directly to Casa Del Mar for use of their amenities. This fee is subject to change, and we assume no liability.

You will have access to the condo and shared Casa Del Mar amenities.

The minimum age to rent our property is 25 years old.

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be asked to purchase a damage waiver via third party provider Truvi, which will protect you in case of accidental damage during your stay. The cost of the damage waiver is $35.
