"Was a very nice hotel. The only thing that we did not like was the temperature of the hot tub, it was so hot. When this was brought up to the front desk staff they said the maintenance people set the temperature and they could not turn it down. "

"Me my family enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We immediately checked for bedbugs on bed sheets. We also have infrared light to see if linens were changed before our stay and much to our suprise, They were all changed and zero bedbugs. Staffs were so friendly and courteous. Any request over the phone were also almost lightning speed. The food was fresh in the morning breakfast. The location is great since its very close to stores and west edmonton mall. Quiet surroundings. The filipino staffs at the front desk and the one changing linens were very informative. We stayed and paid for $25 for a damage deposit which is $100 for most of the other hotels. Payment was easy and before we leave the premise, the hotel sent me back my payment with the damage deposit and took only my 2 nights of stay. Thats how quick they are on checking your room. We are literally in there just to sleep soundly and eat a hearty breakfast. They have atm & modern elevator that you need to tap your room card before you can go up. Its also very cheap to stay in the hotel since Alberta only has GST to charge their guest. The hotel location is somehow confusing of you are coming from Saskatchewan and using your phones GPS. Edmonton has so many 4 lane one ways and road constructions on them. I will recommend to get into the highway & exit from there versus go inside the city right away to find the closest route to your hotel. Will go back to stay here in the future and hope to receive the same experience!"
