Overall was an okay place to stay. Was super convenient for walking to the mall. Was a bit noisy. Walls and floors seem very thin as any noise from adjacent rooms could be heard.

Walked in the lobby to check in, person behind desk just stares at me. I have to initiate the conversation. Didn’t seem to have a problem welcoming the woman who came in behind me. Put me in a room right beside the bus stop with inadequate noise proofing. Got to wake up at 6 am to the noise of the busses. This was after I was woken by a group of drunks coming in at midnight. The complimentary breakfast is nothing more than toast, plain cereal and a jug of apple juice. Checked out without even so much as a “how was your stay” or thank you. Couldn’t even make eye contact. Guess my type aren’t welcome here. I’ll stay at the other hotel down the street next time.

Rooms were ok. A little on the small side. We requested close to elevator, being seniors. Breakfast room was between elevator and our room, so that was very convenient. Slow at front desk during checkin.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The hotel is in rough shape - everything is old, no updates have been done, there are no safes or microwaves in the rooms. The hotel doesn’t have a fitness facility. Breakfast consisted of: toast, pancakes, boiled eggs and yogurt. That is all. Staff is very rude and would not accommodate simple requests like: extra water/coffee/hot chocolate for the room or holding our luggage. They were even annoyed when we asked for extra towels for our room.

Great stay overall only negative thing. Which is not a big deal but the breakfast are was very small and we couldnt find a table to sit since if was very busy. Food was good. Just not a lot of options.

on two separted times the police came the first time 3 police came and removed a homeless person from lobby and the second time 9 police cars showed up and 18 cops blocked off the second floor and we got no enfo. about what was happening, we left motel and came back a few hours later and they were gone . I didn't feel safe there after that.
