Excellent location, near to services shops and the mall. Two restaurants attached and close to a universe of others. Hallways and common areas need some TLC, carpeting is old and musty, and a new coat of paint for the pool area. Parking lot anround the tower could use a good pressure wash. Open shower concept with rainfall needs a door and a shower wand. Staff are responsive and accommodating to reasonable requests. Overall decent value for money here. I’m rating this Sandman location 7.7 out of 10 overall.

Hot tub has no jets and the room was in was extremely hot and muggy, no towel stoked at all even when asked. Outside was dirty and sketchy people everywhere in property. Also went to have breakfast and came back to our room door open and not locked. Won’t ever be staying at this location again.

Checked in very late, and the Kuya staff in front was so accomodating and the room was so clean and cold which we really liked from a very long trip and big thanks to the Ate in front when we checked out. Thank you!

Liked the size of room, kitchenette and idea of a balcony, but balcony was so dirty it was not usable, bathroom sink had bugs (like fruit flies or fleas coming out of drain) bug in utensil drawer, very difficult to get towels, hung sign, AND called, shower pressure not good, also pool was gross and lots of hair all over like it hadn’t been mopped for months, hair floating in very cloudy pool, again no towels. Lots of sketchy people smoking weed outside every night. Will not stay there ever again.

The room was dirty and when asked to have it cleaned, a team member was sent and said she only had 15 minutes to clean and left because we were putting groceries away in the kitchen. There were homeless people outside harassing everyone, and trying to get into the building. We asked for a laundry pod because the cleaning staff used the kitchen towels and were told to buy our own. Wouldn’t recommend.
