TV remote did not work when we checked in. Switched batteries using batteries from another remote. Next day remote quit working again. Gave us another remote to use. Also the drainage on the tub was very slow. When we completed a shower we were standing in 2-3 inches of water.

Honestly wasn’t happy they asked for a card of file so we provided one they told us it wouldn’t be charged we checked out Sunday and checked our card to see it was card not once not twice but three times I don’t recommend this hotel

The floor was filthy and we ask for a broom to clean it and staff let us us the broom instead of making sure it was clean There was food, hair and crumbs on the floor and the tv stand had dried ketchup or ham on it! The room was freezing and couldn’t adjust the heat as the cold air was blowing in through the event of the air conditioner
