The room was nice and clean. Everyday it was cleaned and new towel put in. But the room was so cold. Even after the maintanence people came the room was still really cold to the point where you could see your breath.

Room was cold,lights burnt out. Toilet seat loose. Room needs modern lights. Staff was 100! Friendly and accommodating. They brought me a space heater and maintenance guy tried to help with heating system. I would like to see this hotel put some money back in. Fantasy Land app electronic key never worked. All and all it’s ok but would love to see you guys raise your game

The only reason I am giving two stars is because the staff was amazing, otherwise I'd give 1 star. The room was WAY over priced. The pictures on the website give no justification on the how aged this room was. The whole floor as soon as you got out of the elevator was not good. A major renovation is needed if they are going to continue to charge these prices. The jetted tub did not work although it hummed like it was and the smell of the room was less than pleasant.

The room could be improved. The carpets looked dirty, the lighting in the room was insufficient. I am not sure if this is because of the theme but still we all need to be able to see our clothes in the drawers. The drawers are so old that they hold an unpleasant smell. The elevators took too long to get to our floor and were full by the time we needed to get on. We waited over 20 minutes for an elevator a couple of times. This, with kids feels like an hour. At first we thought it could be the weekend occupancy but Monday and Tuesday felt exactly the same. Staff was friendly
