Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Upon arriving at the property we opened the door and we were immediately met with an incredibly powerful smell of animal urine, we proceeded to go in and at least take a look and I received a work phone call so I sat on the bed in the primary bedroom and to my dismay it was wet and also smelled of urine. The bed was also covered in animal hair and there were roaches on the floors and several live ones crawling around. It was very obvious they do not take care of their properties. We immediately reached out to the host and requested a full refund so we could find new accommodations. Our stay length was 7 nights we are now passed that and still have not received a refund or our 1,000 deposit back. I highly highly recommend you do not book this property or any property by the Host. Please do yourself a favor and Google the Host and you will see why. Don't make the same mistake I made.
