This 85 m² apartment offers a stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of Funchal's old town. Located on the 4th floor with lift access, it provides a relaxing retreat just steps away from the famous pedestrian street, a large Continente supermarket, and a renowned bakery.

Designed with elegance and convenience in mind, the apartment features a modern living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two beautifully furnished bedrooms.

The open-plan living area includes a cosy sitting space where guests can unwind while watching their favourite shows on a 55” Smart TV. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with the latest LG ThinQ AI system and has high-speed fibre internet to ensure a seamless stay.

The kitchen has sleek Russell Hobbs appliances, a double sink, and ample countertop space. A bar area provides the perfect spot for a quick snack or breakfast. All glassware, crockery, and cutlery have been carefully selected to match the elegant design.

The master bedroom exudes comfort with a queen-size bed, elegant décor, ample storage, and a private ensuite for added convenience. The second bedroom, thoughtfully designed with two single beds and generous storage, is perfect for a cozy stay. Both rooms offer air conditioning, hotel-quality mattresses, a choice of soft or firm pillows, and luxurious 100% cotton linen for an exceptional night’s sleep. Enjoy entertainment at your fingertips with Smart TVs featuring 150+ international channels, while blackout blinds provide the perfect ambience for uninterrupted rest and privacy.

Funchal, the capital of Madeira, is a stunning destination known for its beautiful landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture. Nestled between lush mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, the city boasts a picturesque coastline, charming streets, and colourful gardens, including the famous Madeira Botanical Garden. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Madeira Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
