House was clean. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of underneath parking. Enjoyed having a sun room and living room together so we were able to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. Included beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, gas grill. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed having an outdoor shower with warm water after coming in from the beach. Host was easy to communicate with. Replied promptly to all texts.
