We could not have dreamed of anything more perfect. When booking, the bunk beds with vanity was what sold me. However, when we arrived, my suprise was that everything was exactky what we needed! The house was beautiful! Perfectly cleaned. Plenty of room. Outside was great. The only thing I would tecommend is adding a couple more skillets (we cook alot). I will be booking again!!!

The house is in a great neighborhood. Great to get away and be in close proximity to Main Street. The hosts are easy to get a hold of and very responsive. The bunk bed room is great for kids and teens. Love this house. We’ll be back.

Great house close to downtown

We had a group of friends that came for a wedding. The house was a perfect set up for our group. The bunk room was amazing and the vanity area was so fun and well used. Our group really enjoyed the fire pit:-). Ashley was a great host and made checking in and out so easy. We will definitely book again with our next function.

Perfect spot for girls’ weekend

We loved our weekend in this house. It was impeccably clean, and the space is designed so well for a group traveling together. The common area was spacious, and the game room is a really nice touch with fun activities. Having 3 full bathrooms was great for 6 women too! The beds were comfy, and the other furniture was too. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property!

The house was fantastic and perfect for a family gathering or wedding party. We enjoyed the hot tub and games, and the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was nice. The kitchen and bathroom were also fabulous. You could walk to main drag of town, but it's about 1 mile to get to the main attractions. Overall, this was an amazing property and owner responds quickly and made accommodations when we wanted to check in early. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends...

Perfect Bachelorette Weekend

This is an amazing house! The quality of the house and the number of amenities were so impressive. The fire pit was a nice amenity in addition to the numerous games that were there. If we ever came back to Fredericksburg, we would stay here again! Ashley was super responsive when I had questions both before and during our stay. Could not recommend this property more!

Great house!

My family loved this house! Great location close to Main Street and all the wineries. Really pretty house with great beds and sleep options. Plenty TV’s, shuffleboard, a really nice backyard with a fire pit, bocce ball, a hot tub (only wish is that it had been heated to 100 degrees before we arrived),; also an extra ice maker and multiple coffee options. Great place for a group or large family!
