Located on Place du Sémaphore, this small, single-story house of 34 m² is close to the town center, the main beach, and the South beach. It includes a living room with a TV, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a toilet. Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed (140 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Enjoy a private enclosed courtyard with a terrace, garden furniture, and a parasol. Parking is available (entrance width 2.65 m). Pets are welcome.

It is 100 m from the town center, 100 m from the beaches (Main and South), and close to all shops. The bus station is 600 m away, the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away, and the Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive.

PAYABLE upon arrival: 2 security deposits: €400 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:
