Ideal for a couple seeking peace and simplicity, this 25 m² house offers functional comfort just 200 m from the beach. It features a bright living area of approximately 10 m² with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The south-facing aspect ensures plenty of natural light throughout the day.
It is approximately 500 m from the town center and shops, 6 km from the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station, and a 15-minute drive from the Rochefort thermal baths. Pets are welcome.
To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €400 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. Pets: €30 per pet + a €100 security deposit. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:
- Linens: bed sheets €12 per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linens (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
- Cleaning: €70.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 pm and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 am at the latest.
