2 bedroom, 2 bath canal front mobile home.
Located in a mobile home waterfront community on San Carlos Island one bridge away for the main island Fort Myers Beach. San Carlos Island is historically a traditional fishing village with the finest of seafood restaurants, shrimp fleets, fishing boats, and fresh fish markets, along with marinas, yachts, rental boats, and water excursions. It's all there for you.

The Rental includes and canal and private boat dock out your back door. You can bring your own boat, or rent a boat. From your dock you can go fishing in the back bay, or the Gulf of Mexico. You can also take your own excursions to nearby islands, restaurants and many of the other local sights.
Nancy Lane is governed by an association to regulate the monthly rentals. You be required to register with the association prior to your arrival.

This unit is pet-friendly with a 1-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
