The hotel is located around a shopping area so it is great for tourist. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served hot on time every morning and the pool is nice as well.

my experience at this Holiday Inn was very disappointing. The room we were given was severely outdated, and at 1 AM, we had to pack our things and transfer to a different room. the room had a strong odor of urine and we realized that the smell was coming from the bed sheets. Once we pulled the sheets back we noticed that the bed was soaked in urine. (Fresh urine) Visible to the naked eye and the smell was strong and unbearable. While we did notice that part of the hotel seemed to have been recently remodeled and looked quite nice, our section was extremely outdated and lacked the comfort we were hoping for. The doors on the 4th floor rooms looked like they were damaged by forced entry. It was frustrating to see the disparity between the newer and older parts of the hotel. Given my experience, I might reconsider staying at this hotel in the future.
