This updated home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, a den, hardwood floors throughout, finished basement, four season porch, home office space and a wood-burning fireplace. Additional amenities include gated entry, coffee bar, ping pong table, kayaks, paddle boards, private pier, detached garage with parking for 1 car (additional parking in the driveway,) board games and bi-weekly housecleaning. Please inquire if you are interested in using the boat lift and mooring space on the pier.

There are four bedrooms up, a den with a full size sleeper sofa on the 1st floor and a bonus fifth bedroom in the basement (no window or closet in this bedroom.) This phenomenal, never-before-offered property affords plenty of space for your family and guests.

Because we respect our neighbors and the rules of the Glenwood Springs Association, this home is only available for rentals of 30 days or more. If you are only able to stay for less than 30 days, the entire month will still be blocked for you and the full month's rental fee will apply. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.
