The room was really small. The hotel lobby was full of clutter and then room I was in the shower was so noisy it sound like the showerhead was about to come off and hit me. The heat barely worked and for the price I paid was ridiculous.

Room had a molded fridge inside room, no hair dryer as advertised as it was "stolen from previous guest". Then found an unknown white crystalized substance inside my room that housekeeping appeared to miss. Manager promised prorated refund that was never honored, and it seems their auto solution is to switch rooms when both of those incidents were in two separate rooms/separate stays. It is the cheapest in the area for a reason. I have documentation of all incidents including photos.

Charges when we didn’t even stay. I could understand some charge but full price is a little ridiculous besides when we showed up it was very messy on the outside so we turned around and went somewhere else
