Country house in Mallorca Cas Cuni with pool
Fantastically located property between fields and vineyards in the southeast of the island of Mallorca. Large and stately, the 280 m² house is the center of the 50,000 m² estate.
The estate's entrance road is already impressive, lined with pine trees and majestic palm trees. Cars can be parked in the shaded garage. A playground offers fun for our little guests, including the chicks that roam freely, of course in a fenced meadow. Lemon trees decorate the large house's esplanade. Around it is a well-maintained garden, whose heart is the large terrace for sunbathing with an integrated saltwater pool to pleasantly cool off. The pool is 10 x 5 in size and impresses with its decorative blue mosaics and a ladder to facilitate entry. There is also an outdoor bathroom next to the pool. A sufficient number of sun loungers and umbrellas contribute to the pleasure of swimming and sunbathing. A covered terrace, an outdoor brick grill, and the small outdoor kitchen promise an excellent outdoor lunch or dinner. The best way to buy fresh fish, meats, and fresh vegetables is at the weekly market in Felanitx, one of the most beautiful on the island.
The interior area of the property is by no means inferior to the exterior area. The generously decorated rooms with high-quality noble materials, harmonious furniture, and loving decoration immediately put the visitor in a holiday mood with a great character to feel good. The fully equipped country kitchen is integrated into the typical Mallorcan living-dining room decorated with natural stone walls and rustic wooden beams. A guest bathroom is available in this area. On the ground floor, there is also a suite bedroom with a double bed and a small private living room. On the upper floor, there is another suite and 2 other double rooms.
The 4 bedrooms have air conditioning and are equipped with private showers.
Additionally, the estate offers a novelty: Approximately 30 m from the main building, an apartment of approximately 70 m² was created, consisting of 2 double rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a small living room and a mini kitchen. The apartment can be booked if necessary and only in combination with the vacation property.
The service and hospitality of the owners leave nothing to be desired. The entire property is very well maintained, and there is also a complete change of towels and bedding once a week. So it is not surprising that this holiday farm is always very well booked, especially by repeat guests!
