The wonderful holiday home "Can Fiol Port" is located in one of the most beautiful places on the east coast, the fishing village of Portocolom. The charming village with all its boathouses, the lighthouse and the picturesque look of the long quay with all its fishing and sport boats has much to offer. A boat trip with the whole family can be a highlight here. The beach of Portocolom "Cala Marcal" is with flat sandy waters and blue flag very family friendly and thoroughly recommended. Portocolom does not have a lot of shops but still offers everything for your daily needs. From the house everything is within easy walking distance. For larger purchases worth a trip to Felanitx, because here every Sunday morning a lively weekly market take place. Even in midsummer, Portocolom has a quiet atmosphere. Various restaurants and cafes adorn the harbor embankment- From traditional Mallorcan cuisine to haute cuisine, everything is served here. Traditional fishing conjures fresh fish and seafood every day ...

The great holiday house is located just a few hundred meters from the center and thus everything is super easy to reach in a few minutes walk. The property is completely fenced and private. The beautifully landscaped garden is a great holiday paradise for small and big explorers. The flattening pool (7m x 3.5m) with staircase and integrated bench is the ideal refreshment oasis on hot summer days. Between palm trees and Mediterranean garden Idyll it can relax outstandingly. The covered barbecue behind the pool is another plus and is very appreciated by travel groups. Here you feel protected by a roof and enjoy peacefully delicious grilled specialties, together in a sociable round at the large dining table. The extra refrigerator is a great base for refreshing drinks that should not be missing at any pool. On the left side is the outdoor bath installed. A cozy shade on comfortable rattan furniture can be found on the covered porch, where in the afternoon with a freshly brewed coffee is particularly well endure (the pool can be supervised from here). Or how about a small competition at the table tennis?

Even the 350 m² modern living area offers everything you wish for a rented house holidays. The interior is divided on 2 levels and absolutely tastefully furnished and decorated.
