Welcome to our spectacular holiday rental apartment in the Mesas Home Urbanization, in Estepona, Malaga.
This is an exclusive property whose incredible sea views, as well as its common areas: from its spacious living / dining room, to its kitchen and its fabulous terrace, all located on one floor, will make you fall in love with it, as soon as you set foot inside. Although you may not even need to go inside, because if we talk about the urbanization this is not far behind either: indoor heated pool and two outdoor pools (open seasonally and subject to availability variation), plus a gym overlooking the aforementioned; that boredom is not even an option!
On the other hand, the location is another of its strengths, and it is that it is an idyllic place if you want to enjoy all the luxury of the Costa del Sol. Just a few meters from Hacienda Beach and from the Playa del Cristo. If you feel like sailing the Alboran Sea, very close to the house is the Estepona Marina and if you prefer to enjoy Mediterranean gastronomy there are several restaurants and beach bars in the area, such as the El Galeón restaurant or the beach bars Paco, Paraíso Del Mar or La Escollera.
91 m² are the dimensions of the only floor that this house is made up of, where you can find a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, one of them en suite, two bathrooms and a large terrace.
