Apartment 'Maisonette' with Shared Terrace, Balcony and Wi-Fi

The 90sqm maisonette vacation apartment has two bedrooms and is therefore suitable for up to 4 people - ideal for families. The two bedrooms are located in the upper part of the apartment; the staircase leads to the first bedroom (children's room with sofa bed and a single bed as well as a TV), which is also connected to the apartment's balcony. If you go through the first bedroom, you will find the second bedroom with a double bed directly behind it. Also on the upper floor is the bathroom with washbasin and shower, as well as a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg stove and a full set of crockery and pots) as well as the living room with large couch and TV and another separate WC can be found on the lower floor of the maisonette apartment. In front of the kitchen is the beautiful dining table, which offers plenty of space for cozy get-togethers. Please note that the apartment can be reached from the outside via 2 flights of stairs. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are provided. WLAN access is also available free of charge. A (small) dog can be brought along on request (for a one-off fee of EUR 30.00).
